3 Week Mindfulness & Nature Workshop

Join us for a three-week mindfulness and nature journey.  Enjoy learning techniques to calm the mind and spirit while your senses take in the surrounding forest. Enjoy gentle stretching, breathing techniques and relaxation.  Please bring a yoga mat or pillow to class.

Janhavi Wadhwani is a local Newton resident and has been teaching Breathwork and Meditation to communities all over the world through the Art of Living Foundation for the over 25 years.
